Seen Locally (“Seen Locally,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a DBA of EOO Investments LLC, a Texas limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit seenlocally.com (the “Site”), request our AI Visibility Score, fill out any of our intake forms, or use our services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Site or the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Services.
1. Who We Are
Seen Locally is a local visibility agency serving healthcare practices, salons, spas, and other small businesses primarily in the Dallas–Fort Worth metropolitan area. We manage Google Business Profiles, produce and publish social media content, and optimize clients’ digital presence for visibility in search engines, voice search, and AI-powered recommendation tools.

2. Information We Collect
a. Information You Provide Directly
We collect information you voluntarily submit through our Site, forms, emails, phone calls, text messages, and during service delivery. This may include:
- Contact information: name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and job title.
- Business information: website URL, industry, service area, services offered, target keywords, competitors, awards, certifications, brand voice preferences, and similar details submitted through our AI Visibility Score form or client onboarding form.
- Payment information: billing name, billing email, and payment details processed through our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems.
- Account access information: Google account email addresses, Facebook Page URLs, Instagram handles, LinkedIn URLs, TikTok usernames, and similar identifiers required to manage your social media and business profiles. We do not ask for or store your passwords.
- Content and media: photos, videos, promotional materials, and written content you share with us for publishing on your behalf.
- Communications: the content of emails, texts, call notes, form submissions, and support requests.
- SMS/text message consent: when you opt in to receive text messages from us, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent to receive SMS communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
b. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, links clicked, date and time of access, and approximate geographic location based on IP address.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see our Cookie Notice below for details.
- Analytics and tracking: we may use Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, HubSpot tracking, and similar tools to measure Site performance, understand visitor behavior, and, where applicable, support advertising. Some of these tools may not be active at all times; we reserve the right to enable or disable them at our discretion.
c. Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from:
- Publicly available sources such as Google search results, Google Business Profile listings, social media profiles, and business directories — used to produce AI Visibility Score reports and prospecting research.
- Service providers and integrations that help us deliver our Services (for example, our CRM, scheduling, and automation platforms).
- Referrals when an existing client or partner refers your business to us.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, deliver, and improve our Services;
- Create and deliver AI Visibility Score reports and other proposals;
- Produce, schedule, and publish content on your authorized social media and business profile accounts;
- Communicate with you about your account, billing, support requests, and service updates;
- Send marketing communications about our services (you may unsubscribe at any time);
- Send SMS/text messages to mobile numbers that have opted in to receive them, including appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional messages. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP;
- Process payments and prevent fraud;
- Analyze Site traffic and user behavior to improve the Site and our Services;
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect our rights, property, and safety and those of our clients and third parties.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
a. Service Providers and Business Partners
We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including:
- Website and hosting: Namecheap, WordPress.
- CRM, outreach, and forms: GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Tally, Airtable.
- Payments: Stripe.
- Automation and content delivery: Make.com, Metricool.
- Artificial intelligence: Anthropic (Claude API) for AI-generated content.
- Cloud storage and business tools: Google Workspace, Google Drive.
- Communications (email and SMS): GoHighLevel / LeadConnector (Mailgun), Google Voice.
- Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and similar platforms (when active).
These providers are contractually or otherwise legally obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
SMS opt-in data is never shared or sold. Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS communications, and the consent associated with those numbers, will not be shared with, sold to, transferred to, or used by any third party for their own marketing or messaging purposes. SMS consent is collected solely for communications from Seen Locally (EOO Investments LLC) and is not combined with or sold as part of any list or dataset.
b. Social Media Platforms
To deliver our Services, we publish content to the social media and business profile accounts you authorize us to manage — including Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Information posted to these platforms is governed by those platforms’ own terms and privacy policies.
c. Legal and Safety Disclosures
We may disclose your information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to: (i) comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or legal process; (ii) protect the rights, property, or safety of Seen Locally, our clients, or others; (iii) detect, prevent, or respond to fraud, security, or technical issues; or (iv) enforce our Terms of Service.
d. Business Transfers
If Seen Locally or EOO Investments LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
e. With Your Consent
We may share information for other purposes with your consent.

6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we will delete, anonymize, or securely archive it. If you cancel our services, we generally retain your information for a commercially reasonable period for tax, accounting, and recordkeeping purposes.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information in our possession. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and credentials.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal and contractual exceptions.
- Opt-out of marketing: unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us.
- Cookie choices: manage cookies through your browser and opt out of certain analytics and advertising cookies (see Cookie Notice).
Texas residents: As required by the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, you may contact us to exercise the rights described above. We will verify your identity before responding.
California residents: We do not sell personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act. California residents may exercise applicable rights by contacting us as described below.

9. Children’s Privacy
The Site and Services are intended for business owners and are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of every website you visit.
11. International Users
Our Services are intended for use within the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information in the United States, which may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country.

Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at seenlocally.com (the “Site”) and the services provided by Seen Locally, a DBA of EOO Investments LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Seen Locally,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Seen Locally provides done-for-you local visibility services, including Google Business Profile management, social media content creation and publishing, AI visibility optimization, and related services. Specific deliverables, pricing, and terms are described at the time of purchase through our payment processor, Stripe, and in your selected service tier.
Service tiers: Starter, Growth, and Pro, plus optional add-ons (such as TikTok and YouTube management). Specific features, post counts, and platforms included in each tier are described in the applicable product description at the time of purchase.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when engaging our Services, and to update that information as needed.
3. Payment, Billing, and Cancellation
a. Fees
You agree to pay all fees for the Services you purchase, as described in the applicable product description at checkout. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
b. Month-to-Month Subscriptions
Unless otherwise specified, monthly subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until canceled. You may cancel at any time by sending written notice to howdy@seenlocally.com at least 15 days before the next billing date. Cancellations received fewer than 15 days before renewal will take effect at the end of the following billing cycle.
c. 90-Day Commitments
Some promotional or discounted rates require a 90-day minimum commitment (three consecutive billing cycles). These commitments are non-cancelable and non-refundable. At the end of the 90-day term, service automatically converts to standard month-to-month billing at the then-current full rate unless you provide written cancellation notice to howdy@seenlocally.com at least 15 days before the end of the 90-day term.
d. Non-Refundable; Failed Payments
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly provided at the time of purchase. If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate the Services until payment is received. You are responsible for any costs we incur collecting overdue amounts, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.
e. Price Changes
We may change our prices from time to time. Price changes will not affect the current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent cycles. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any price change.
4. SMS / Text Message Communications
a. Program Description and Opt-In Consent
Seen Locally (EOO Investments LLC) operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with prospects and clients who have opted in to receive text messages. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website forms (located at seenlocally.com/score/ or seenlocally.com), you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Seen Locally at the number provided.
Messages sent under this program may include: appointment reminders, follow-up communications related to your AI Visibility Score or inquiry, service updates and account notifications, and promotional offers and announcements related to our local visibility services. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any good or service.
b. Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the nature of our communications. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Seen Locally is not responsible for any charges applied by your carrier.
c. How to Opt Out — Text STOP
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent, except as required by law. To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START.

e. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS messaging is available on most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Seen Locally does not guarantee message delivery on all carriers or in all geographic areas.
f. Age Restriction
Our SMS messaging program is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
g. No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data collected through our opt-in forms will not be shared with, sold to, or used by third parties for their own marketing purposes. SMS opt-in information is used solely for communications from Seen Locally (EOO Investments LLC). For full details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
5. Client Responsibilities
To deliver the Services effectively, you agree to:
- Grant us the access we request to your Google Business Profile, Facebook Page, Instagram account, and other platforms as applicable;
- Provide accurate business information, photos, and content in a timely manner;
- Respond to requests for information, approvals, or content within a reasonable time;
- Comply with all applicable laws and platform terms of service (including those of Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube);
- Notify us promptly of any changes to your business information, services, service area, or account access.
Delays or failures in delivering the Services caused by your failure to provide required information, content, or access do not excuse you from payment obligations.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
a. Your Content
You retain ownership of all materials you provide to us, including photos, videos, logos, and written content (“Client Content”). You grant Seen Locally a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, publish, and distribute Client Content solely for the purpose of delivering the Services on your behalf. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your Client Content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.
b. Our Content
All content we create specifically for your business as part of the Services (“Deliverables”) is licensed to you for use in connection with your business upon full payment. Our Site, branding, proprietary methodologies, reports (including the AI Visibility Score), templates, and internal tools remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute our proprietary materials without our prior written consent.
c. Use of AI
You acknowledge that we use artificial intelligence tools, including large language models, to assist in creating content. You agree that content produced using AI as part of the Services is acceptable to you, subject to your right to request revisions.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Seen Locally does not guarantee specific results, rankings, visibility, impressions, leads, or revenue. Search engines, social media platforms, and AI recommendation tools use algorithms that change frequently and are outside our control. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the Services professionally and in accordance with industry best practices, but results will vary based on factors including your industry, location, competition, content quality, and platform behavior.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Site or Services to:
- Violate any law or regulation;
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
- Upload or submit false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, our systems, or third-party platforms;
- Use the Services for businesses engaged in illegal activity, adult content, hate speech, or other activities we determine in our sole discretion to be inconsistent with our values.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Our Services rely on third-party platforms (such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Stripe, HubSpot, and others). We are not responsible for interruptions, changes, suspensions, or terminations of those platforms, including any actions those platforms take with respect to your accounts. If a third-party platform suspends, restricts, or terminates your account for any reason, we may be unable to deliver some or all of the Services, and you remain responsible for any fees already incurred.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Seen Locally, EOO Investments LLC, and their respective officers, members, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site or Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your Client Content; (d) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights; or (e) your violation of any applicable law.
13. Termination
You may terminate these Terms by canceling your subscription in accordance with Section 3. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including your breach of these Terms or non-payment of fees. Sections intended by their nature to survive termination (including Sections 3, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 14) will survive.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

a. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the applicable product description at the time of purchase and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Seen Locally regarding the Services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements.
b. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Site and will become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
c. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
d. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
e. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
